Abstract

Bullying is hall aggressive, intentional and repetitive attitudes that occur without obvious motivation, by one or more students against others, causing pain and anguish within an unequal power relationship, it happens within schools through repetitive games in which those who have fun it si only the aggressor, while the victim suffers, this research aims to identify the relationship between bullying and school, as well as to identify the consequences caused by it within the institution, I carried out research in several collections with articles and books on the theme of bullying at school, and in the field I used questionnaires for interviews with teacher and student managers, totaling 170 interviews for the purposes of this research, the research contributes satisfactorily to the development of this work, I was welcomed by the school and I was able to make the management arrive that bullying does occur, but in the form of games that do not affect one of the parties adas.
