Abstract

This course conclusion work presents the theme: ERP System Implementation (Enterprise Resource Planning) SAP CCS / CRM / MOM / BW, developed at Company Energetics of Maranhão. With the increasing advancement of technology in parallel with market competitiveness, organizations are increasingly seeking to modernize their processes and automating them in an integrated manner. The overall objective is to present and analyze the implementation of the ERP system, perform analysis and respond clearly and objectively the question to some of the ERP systems as they are deployed, what precautions should be taken, and how to ensure delivery of the project through a good management, after obey all requirements. The specific objectives are related to describe the method used in the implementation of the ERP system - SAPCCS / CRM / MOM / BW, what is the importance of business processes to CEMAR, verify and present, based on best practices, managing a project aimed for the implementation of an ERP system. Yet there is an analysis about the design of interested parties (employees) in order to ensure lessons learned. In view of the objectives and benefits of the Integrated Management System, since it integrates departments, enables the automation and storage of information, facilitates internal communication and reduce costs, the study aims to present the implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) SAP CCS / CRM / MOM / BW in an electricity distribution company. With the analysis of the results, on the one hand it was possible to verify the complexity of the system, as well as the difficulty of employees in welcome changes, but on the other hand, there is the importance of the ERP system in a company, advantages and how overlaps market.
