This study aims to analyze how effective organizational communication contributes to the mental health of workers and the sustainable performance of private companies located in Bacabal, Maranhão, between November 2025 and May 2026. It is based on the premise that communication failures, information overload, and a lack of active listening practices can foster stress, anxiety, demotivation, and other psychosocial risks in the workplace. The research is exploratory in nature, employing a mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) approach based on a literature review and fieldwork conducted with employees from various organizations. The analysis covers aspects such as information clarity, the transparency of communication processes, the role of leadership, and employee perceptions regarding organizational support for mental health. The results demonstrate that communication practices grounded in dialogue, active listening, and constructive feedback contribute to reducing tension, strengthening engagement, and fostering work environments that are healthier, more productive, and more sustainable. The research aims to understand how school management practices influence the development and implementation of the curriculum, considering factors such as planning, pedagogical organization, and decision-making within the educational environment. Through a field study conducted with students, it was possible to identify relevant perceptions regarding the effectiveness of the practices adopted by the school. The results show that, although there are positive aspects in the curricular structure, there are still challenges related to educational management, especially concerning the integration between theory and practice and the implementation of more dynamic methodologies. Students pointed out the need for more innovative management that encourages the use of technologies, promotes practical activities, and fosters greater student participation and autonomy. It is concluded that efficient school administration, combined with well-planned pedagogical strategies, is essential for improving the quality of education, making the curriculum more flexible, up-to-date, and aligned with contemporary demands. The research employed a qualitative approach based on the principles of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), ensuring active involvement of residents through techniques such as discussion circles, socioeconomic questionnaires, resource mapping, and interviews. The findings revealed significant issues, including limited opportunities for training and employment, lack of technical knowledge, and restricted access to public policies that foster local development. Conversely, the study highlighted potentialities linked to cultural practices and community cooperation, notably the Corn Festival, which strengthens local identity and creates opportunities for income generation and cultural appreciation. It is concluded that the direct engagement of residents was crucial for producing a diagnosis that accurately reflects local realities, reinforcing community leadership and providing valuable input for public policies and sustainable development strategies. This study aims to analyze the main factors that drive this social phenomenon, as well as the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in developing their ventures. Necessity-driven entrepreneurship seeks economic growth amidst adversity and instability in the economy. This phenomenon demonstrates the individual's capacity for adaptation; that is, when faced with instabilities such as unemployment, low wages, informality in the labor market, low skills, limited access to credit and qualifications, entrepreneurs adapt. The study contextualizes and demonstrates the growth of this phenomenon during periods of crisis, highlighting that the economic period exerts a great influence on the decision of the necessity-driven entrepreneur. Thus, entrepreneurship becomes the only alternative for their subsistence in the face of scarcity during crises in the formal market. However, these entrepreneurs face challenges such as financial instability, lack of planning, high levels of competition, informality, and social vulnerability. Therefore, this work aims to contribute to the understanding of this scenario and to the development of public policies to promote the sustainability of these necessity-driven entrepreneurs.
