The problem of geographical bias transposed to television will be analyzed in a targeted manner, which will highlight the figure of the Northeast , seen as a rude man , evil , fruit of the kind of lives : the hinterland , a place marked by delays , and the figure northeastern , a woman suffered , without much vanity, which needs to be as strong as men , to get ensure the integrity of your children . As reality is the mirror of television, the use of stereotypes is justified as simplification of reality so that proves so complex , so stereotypes are generalizations naturalized . This common sense, in turn , should be discussed , because it undermines the ability of individuals to be free of these superficial ideas . The methodological procedures used to gather information were supported by direct observation of changes, locus conversations with former community residents and photographic records. The study will delineate the concepts of racism and ideology and the ways it plays in Brazilian society, describes the ethnic and racial relations in the context of school with emphasis on institutionalization of Law 10.639/03 as an important achievement of the black movement. Examines the myth of racial democracy, highlighting classical authors of Brazilian sociology and mainly analyzes the policies of Affirmative Action as a breakthrough that rescues the historical debt of the Brazilian State to the black people. In field research examines racial ethnic education in the high school in San Luis as its empirical dimension Center City High School Worker I, the thread of research was attempting to grasp through interviews with teachers and administrators which advances and difficulties it faces Unit Basic Education when it comes to racial ethnic relations: the limits and possibilities of the law on racial prejudice deconstruction. To do so we start from questions developed in our research project: What are the theoretical and methodological conceptions of ethnic and racial relations CEM City Operaria I adopt?
