Abstact: Fairytales  for  many  centuries  were  meant  for  adults  only.  With  the  inclusion  of &#xD;
children in schools, it was felt the need to adapt them so that they could have contact &#xD;
with  this  genre  and  consequently  have  pleasure  in  reading.  Based  on  this &#xD;
assumption,  this  research  has  as its theme “The contribution of fairy tales to the&#xD;
awakening of reading”. However, it came from the following question: what are the&#xD;
contributions of fairy tales to the awakening of reading? In view of the problem was &#xD;
set  as  a  general  objective:  to  analyze  the  contributions  that  fairy  tales  bring  to  the &#xD;
awakening of reading and training of the reader. And as specific objectives: identify &#xD;
the  origin  of  fairy  tales;  the  tales  in  ancient  Greece;  Middle  Ages;  modern  and &#xD;
contemporary,  present  different  versions of the tale “Little Red Riding Hood”;&#xD;
characterize  fairy  tales  as  well  as  their  use  in  the  classroom  for  the  formation  of &#xD;
readers; recognize the importance of fairy tales for the development of reading and &#xD;
critical  thinking  of  the  reader.  The  research  is  bibliographic  with  a  qualitative &#xD;
approach.  The  sources  used  were  books,  dissertations,  monographs,  articles, &#xD;
magazines  and  online  database.  For  this  we  use  the  contributions  of  researchers &#xD;
Paiva  (1990),  Vicente  (2014),  Bastos  (2015)  and  others.  At  the  conclusion  of  the &#xD;
research,  we  present  the  contributions  of  fairy  tales  to  the  awakening  of  reading, &#xD;
making sure that it has significant results for all readers, aiming to make them aware &#xD;
of the importance of fairy tales and become critical readers, reflective and proactive</description>

Abstact: The present monographic work is entitled “Study of Linguistic Variation: A Proposal&#xD;
for Socio-Historical Analysis through the Orality of the  Ingá Elderly in São José dos &#xD;
Basilíos-MA”, aiming to allow them to be examined as the linguistic varieties of the&#xD;
elderly belonging to the village. Ingá in São José dos Basilies  - MA have influenced &#xD;
the  cultural  identity  and  the  use  of  language  reflected  in  the  speech  act  of  the &#xD;
inhabitants of the Ingá village. The mentioned monograph is justified on the premise &#xD;
that language is a powerful tool, and one of the main means of communication, being &#xD;
in  turn mediator  of man  to  transmit  his  culture,  and  thus  the main  objective  is  to &#xD;
analyze  the  existing  variants within  the  language.  orality  of  the  elderly,  considered &#xD;
constitutive  elements  of  the  identity  of  this  community.  Also  having  as  specific &#xD;
objectives, verify the linguistic variety of the elderly, identify the linguistic influence of &#xD;
the  elderly  in  the  cultural  construction  of  their  community,  present  the  dimensions &#xD;
that  provide  the  varieties  in  the  village  and  expose  the  importance  of  language &#xD;
varieties for the enrichment of Ingá village identity in São José dos Basilíos-MA. For &#xD;
this, a field research with qualitative characteristics was carried out using for the data &#xD;
collection  forms  with  open  questions  that  had  the  purpose  of  collecting  the  life &#xD;
stories, aiming to present a rich and deep study on thematic as the concept. and the &#xD;
origin of linguistic varieties, types of variation, linguistic variation and prejudice within &#xD;
the speech of  the elderly,  linguistic variation and  the  influence of  their language on &#xD;
the  cultural  construction  of  their  community  among  other  aspects.  With  the &#xD;
elaboration  of  this  monographic  study  it  was  found  that  language  is  a  dynamic &#xD;
element  in  constant  transformation, where  such  changes  occur mainly  in  historical &#xD;
and regional variations, and the elderly become in this perspective the main agent in &#xD;
transmitting  culture,  customs  and  their  beliefs  the  new  generations  through  their &#xD;

Abstact: The  kinds  of  texts  have  always  been  present  in  our  lives, more  than we  can &#xD;
imagine,  they  are  indispensable  in  all  areas  and  have  contributed  in  the &#xD;
development  of  communication  and  obviously  in  the  educational  field.  This &#xD;
research has as a theme: The kinds of texts: An analysis of the application of &#xD;
the teaching of reading in the subject of the Portuguese language at the School &#xD;
of Ana Joaquina de Araújo. The work becomes relevant for the reason that the &#xD;
school has been  facing  questions  relating  to  the  development of education  in &#xD;
the  practice  of  reading.  As  follows,  the  interest  for  this  study  arose  from  the &#xD;
concern in analysis of the way the kinds of texts can be and are contributing to &#xD;
the  training  of  the  reader.  Qualitative  and  quantitative  field  research  and &#xD;
bibliographic research were carried out, having  the  theoretical assumptions of &#xD;
the  scholars  Charles  Bazerman  (2006); Mikhail  Bakhtin  (1992),  Luiz  António &#xD;
Marcuschi  (2005);  Paulo  Freira  (1989)  and  Ingedore  Grunfield  Villaça  Koch &#xD;
(2009).  Questionnaires  with  closed-ended  questions  were  applied  to  the &#xD;
Portuguese  language  teachers of  the 6th and 9th grade at  the School of Ana &#xD;
Joaquina de Araújo. As results it was found that the kinds of texts as a strategy &#xD;
for  reading  practice,  has  the  fundamental  role  of  great  importance  for  the &#xD;
student to have autonomy to give their opinion on what they read</description>

Abstact: This work has as its theme: The teaching of learning with the genre reporting in High School&#xD;
aims to analyze its use in school practice as a methodological strategy for the development of&#xD;
reading and writing, through didactic sequences that provide the contact with the spheres of&#xD;
production of this type of text, also deals with the importance of teacher mediation in the&#xD;
process of teaching learning, considering the use of reportage through diverse readings of the&#xD;
genre, in order to contribute to the development of discursive skills with proposals that&#xD;
consider the potentialities of the same as discourse genre which favors the use of the mother&#xD;
tongue in real situations of production and communication, emerging from the social practices&#xD;
of language use in society. This work presents reflections in view of the stylistic and formal&#xD;
thematic dynamics, and of the communicative purposes that configure the reporting. It was&#xD;
concluded in this research that the contribution of this genre as an element for the process of&#xD;
teaching learning, can be a means of building knowledge that goes beyond the limits of the&#xD;
classroom, in which the student assumes the status of protagonist of their learning when&#xD;
recognizing the school practice of language use coupled with its ideological content and&#xD;
