    <summary type="text">Título: A repercussão da administração participativa nas empresas privadas de Pinheiro
Abstact: The analyses of the repercussion of the participating administration at private&#xD;
companies in Pinheiro. It is focused on how the participating administration&#xD;
contributes for the internai communication and to the increasing on productivity of&#xD;
the companies. The discussion is about the problems faced by the companies when&#xD;
working in a participative manner, seeking for partnership withJhe collaborators in&#xD;
order to reach the quality on service and the producísoffered, d«e to the contribuíion&#xD;
on taking decisions and developing a self-confident atmosphere, bringing enthusiasm&#xD;
to the team, sp that they might contribute to the organization. It is also discussed on&#xD;
the hierarchic board of the organizations, working on the internai communication, as&#xD;
an essential tool for the interpersonal relations, where the search for quality in the&#xD;
relations propels the companies to work on these factors as a competition factor. Both&#xD;
negative and positive factors are analyzed, because they can infer into the production&#xD;
process, since that the companies look for methods which can produce more and&#xD;
spend less, but offeríng high quality products and Service with lower princes. It is all&#xD;
about the importance of the internai communication used by the companies and how&#xD;
it brings influence on the service to clients, both internai and externally, seeing that&#xD;
the internai communication influences on the work in group, making it even more&#xD;
dynamic the process of creativity and innovation. We come into a conclusion that the&#xD;
participative administration is here to show us the importance in increasing the value&#xD;
of the collaborators as individuais that might contribute to the good performance of&#xD;
the company, in the process of information, communication and leadership so that we&#xD;
might supply the needs of the organizations through human talents, endowed with&#xD;
qualifica tionsí, responsibility, creativity, courage, partnership, willing to work in&#xD;
group, trying to defend their wishes, that is, the needs of the organization, the&#xD;
functional structure of their clients.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Título: A importância do banco de dados no controle administrativo das empresas de médio porte da cidade de Pinheiro
Abstact: This study aims to review the concepts about the importance of automatic&#xD;
databanks through inquiries in order to inform and make the administrators, collaborators and&#xD;
partners capable in the business field contributing to an organizational development that we&#xD;
fínd today in the world scenery due to the high speed of the technological advance, through&#xD;
the globalization process, we take as a base for this study the computerized databank in the&#xD;
administrative control of médium size companies in the town of Pinheiro, having in mind the&#xD;
verifícation of the performance in them with this computerized control system, to wam about&#xD;
the necessity to join this new technology which we might call as well the era of information,&#xD;
aiming to develop methods of control to better attending the needs of the company and even&#xD;
surprise it with actions which cause expectations. With purposes on controlling actions,&#xD;
bringing up this way an undertaking and a greater safety on the business made in the business&#xD;
field.&#xD;
&#xD;
We tend to show the proceedings used in this study to identify and prove the ups&#xD;
and downs in these organizations that work on computerized databanks, as well as the&#xD;
opportunities and threats, attempting to carry out the goals previously established, from the&#xD;
information acquired in this study. Furthermore it is necessary to emphasize in this work the&#xD;
influences of storage control through computerized databanks related to profitability of the&#xD;
companies providing them a continuous increasing in the business, thanks to the fine order&#xD;
and quality of the organization shown by the control in storage, once computerized, bringing&#xD;
ease to the operations done by the company.&#xD;
&#xD;
The business field is changing constantly, and becoming more complex and less&#xD;
predictable, and even more depending on information and all the technological infra-structure&#xD;
which allows the management of enormous quantities of data. Technology creates great&#xD;
transformations, which occur around us in agile and subtle ways. It is a variation of basic&#xD;
consequences for the business world, causing daily worries to the businessmen and&#xD;
executives, with steps of technologic development of the companies and for their internai&#xD;
processes.&#xD;
&#xD;
In order to have a wide view of the companies, of a product or process it is&#xD;
necessary to get and process a great amount of data that will be transformed into useful into&#xD;
useful information to be analysed. To collect these data can be a hard working, repetitive and&#xD;
even impracticable process if it has to be done though manufacturing. The computering of&#xD;
date collection makes possible a signifícant gain when permitting that these data are collected&#xD;
in automatic ways thorough a combination of diverse technologies. Using technology in the&#xD;
collection of data allows greater speed and accuracy on acquired in formation.&#xD;
&#xD;
The databanks have been driving the utilization on of new technologies in order to&#xD;
get greater safety in the enterprising or to the implement of actions pointing to “massive&#xD;
personalization”. The relationship among clients has been given increasing attention, since&#xD;
that was perceived that fidelity and profitability walk side by side, in the same pace of&#xD;
consumer’s satisfaction. The segmentation, recent movement on the strengthening of&#xD;
relationships, stands on sophisticated patterns and systems, giving support to the decision,&#xD;
directed by basic concepts of marketing for the approach, activation, retention, fidelization&#xD;
and profitability of the customers. In a highly competitive market, the companies face the&#xD;

Abstact: The study had main objective, to analyze the adoption of systems computerized as productivity factor. The studied company was the Laboratory of Clinicai Analyses Salomão Fiquene in São Luís-MA in the year of 2003. In the chapter that treats about case study, we presented the socioeconomic aspects, as much of the customers as of the employees. This way, we had a profile of the externai and internai customers of the company in study. In the sequence, we presented the technical aspects, is to say, data supplied by the laboratory, customers and referring employees to number of assisted customers; exams accomplished among others. Soon after, the administrative aspects, as the administrative situation of the company, before and in the period of the study. And, finally the financial aspect, best visualized through the demonstrative of increase of liquid revenue. The presentation and analysis of those varied they looked for to contemplate the specific objectives, initially foreseen. The initial results obtained starting from the analysis of the tables, block and graphs, they demonstrate the panorama of the situation functional, administrative and financial in the research period, as well as the difficulties and successes of the administration of the company with relationship to the use of the system computerized linked the productivity.</summary>

more and strict and the organizaíions that do not have a quality standard for its strengthening&#xD;
and restoration searching for a better image will consequently be out this process. The&#xD;
challenges faced be the companies have become more and more competitive each day, and&#xD;
extremely different, the atmosphere is highly competitive, the see themselves surrounded by&#xD;
innovation which threaten the previous existing business and promise to ponder on the means&#xD;
which they interact with their clients. Furthermore, the total quality in produets and Service&#xD;
