Título: Neologismos: uma análise baseada em manifestações linguísticas de estudantes da 1ª série do ensino médio
Abstact: The evolutionary character of the language occurs temporally and continuously, and
the renewal of the linguistic system relies on the creative and recreative capacity of
the speakers, through the use of important elements for the process of construction,
updating and transformation of the language through the formation of new words
and attributions of new meanings. Among these components that act in the
construction of new words are neologisms, a linguistic phenomenon studied in the
semantic and lexical scope in this work. In this vein, the present investigation deals
with linguistic manifestations, such as neologisms, evidenced in the linguistic
practices of high school students. That said, the present work aimed to analyze the
presence of neologisms in the language of students in the first year of high school,
as a factor that marks the evolutionary nature of any language. In the theoretical
scope, the basis comes from authors such as: Alves (2010), Barbosa (1981),
Guilbert (1975) Cunha and Cintra (2017), Boulanger (1979), Cabré (2010), Mattielo
(2017) and Carvalho (2000). Regarding the methodology, it is an exploratory
research, in terms of objectives, and field, in relation to procedures, with a qualitative
approach adopted in the data analysis. Regarding the results, it was found that the
juvenile lexicon cooperates directly with the active and dynamic process of the
language through the neologic creations

Abstact: This study focuses on analyzing intertextuality in the meme genre, with an emphasis
on productions that address the current Brazilian presidency. The research explores
how memes use intertextual resources to construct meaning, especially when
associated with public figures and government events. In addition to analyzing the
memes themselves, the work considers user interactions in the comments section,
aiming to capture the different ways in which shared content is received. The overall
objective is to investigate the phenomenon of intertextuality present in memes
depicting the current Brazilian government, understanding how these intertextual
elements are perceived by internet users. The analysis is based on the principle that
memes are linguistic practices that interact with various texts. The study falls within the
field of Textual Linguistics, which allows for an understanding of the factors of textuality
and the mechanisms of meaning construction in texts. The theoretical basis was
constructed from Koch (1997, 2008, 2021), Marcuschi (2002, 2008), Bakhtin (1997),
as well as thinkers such as Dawkins (2007), Chagas (2020) and Fragoso (2022), who
contribute to the understanding of the phenomenon of memes. This is a bibliographic
research of a qualitative nature, developed from the collection and analysis of data
from the digital platform Instagram, considering the relevance of this network as a
space for the circulation and production of intertextual texts

Abstact: This study aims to investigate the main spelling erros present in the written
Works of students at a public school in the municipality of Zé Doca, Maranhão.
With the emergence of social media and digital platforms, reading and writting
have undergone significant transformations. Therefore, this study is guided by
the folowing question: how are these errors related to learning difficulties,
insuficient mastery of gramatical norms, and ocassionally, to writting practices
in the school environment? The specific objectives are: to investigate the main
spelling errors present in the written works of first-year high school students; to
analyze the possible factors that contribute to the occurrence of these erros;
and to discuss how the social, educational, and media contexto may be related
to these difficulties in formal writing. The research was conducted through a
questionnaire administered to students and teachers, in addition to asking
students to produce written Works. Thus, the theoretical framework used
consists of the Works of Bakhtin (1992), Brazil (2018), Marcuschi (2008), and
Ribeiro (2021). We concluded that is clear that first-year high school students
face significant difficulties in mastering standard Portuguese, especially
regardin spelling, punctuation, agrément, and text organization. Therefore, the
need for urgente pedagogical interventions is hightlighted, with strategies that
value Reading, writing, and critical reflection, reinforcing the teacher9s role as a

Título: Análise da presença de Prevotella em câncer cervical e câncer de cabeça e pescoço: uma revisão sistemática da literatura e análise in silico
Abstact: Cervical cancer (CC) and head and neck cancer (HNC) represent a significant public health
problem, especially in developing countries, and are frequently associated with infection by
Human Papillomavirus (HPV). In addition to the viral etiology, recent evidence has pointed to
the involvement of the microbiome, particularly bacteria of the genus Prevotella, in the
progression of these neoplasms. Therefore, the aim of this study was to analyze the presence
and potential role of Prevotella in CC and HNC through a systematic literature review and in
silico approaches. The methodology involved searching the PubMed, Scopus, and
ScienceDirect databases, following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic
Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. After screening 609 studies, six observational
articles met the inclusion criteria. Data were organized into tables and evaluated for
methodological quality using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) tool. Additionally, in silico
analyses were performed to assess Prevotella abundance and differentially expressed genes in
HNC samples. The results show that Prevotella is primarily associated with microbial
dysbiosis, HPV persistence, and inflammation in both cancers. The in silico analysis revealed
a significant difference in Prevotella abundance between the tumor and adjacent tissue groups
(p < 2.2e-16) and identified 1,416 altered genes shared between CC and HNC. Among these,
three genes (LAMP3, ISG15, and IL6) showed a direct relationship with the presence of the
bacterium, being involved in inflammatory pathways and immune evasion. These findings
highlight the potential influence of Prevotella in tumor epithelial microenvironments,
contributing to the progression of both CC and H
