    <summary type="text">Título: Empoderamento Feminino e Artesanato: Um estudo com mulheres artesãs na cidade de Codó-MA
Abstact: Female entrepreneurship in crafts is a phenomenon of great global relevance, playing a crucial&#xD;
role in economic and social development. This research focused on the study of female&#xD;
entrepreneurship in the context of artisanal work, specifically with female artisans in the city&#xD;
of Codó, MA. The general objective was to analyze how female entrepreneurship contributes&#xD;
to the empowerment of these women. To this end, we sought to understand the profile of women&#xD;
artisans in the city, identify the challenges and opportunities they face and verify how female&#xD;
entrepreneurship contributes to their empowerment. The methodological approach used was&#xD;
quantitative, seeking to collect precise and numerical data to analyze this relationship. The&#xD;
results obtained revealed that female entrepreneurship in crafts provides several opportunities,&#xD;
such as generating additional income, developing creative and manual skills, and acquiring&#xD;
knowledge in the craft field. Furthermore, women artisans demonstrated a strong agreement&#xD;
regarding the positive impact of entrepreneurship on their empowerment, highlighting that the&#xD;
choice to undertake crafts does not negatively affect their family life. Many of them also receive&#xD;
help from their families in their ventures, which suggests significant support on a personal and&#xD;
professional level. These results highlight the importance of female entrepreneurship in crafts&#xD;
as a means of strengthening women's position in society and promoting economic and social&#xD;
development. social status of the region. It is concluded, therefore, that female entrepreneurship&#xD;
in crafts plays a fundamental role in the empowerment of female artisans, providing&#xD;
opportunities for personal and professional growth.</summary>

Abstact: In recent years, there has been a constant transformation of the environment, changes&#xD;
that can affect the balance of life. Starting from this point, the need to develop research was&#xD;
sought to observe the participation of public authorities in relation to the preservation and&#xD;
development of sustainability. Responding to the research problem, What is the level of&#xD;
incorporation of sustainability into public management practices? Seeking to: identify the levels&#xD;
of administrative knowledge of public managers, analyze the vision of municipal public&#xD;
managers in relation to the society they represent and verify the perspective of public managers&#xD;
in relation to environmental sustainability. Using a quantitative and qualitative approach,&#xD;
through field research, thus collecting the inherent data by applying an online questionnaire&#xD;
through Google Forms to municipal public managers in the cities of Codó and Timbiras&#xD;
Maranhão. Considering that, despite the effective participation of public authorities in relation&#xD;
to the development of sustainability, some challenges arise, municipal public management has&#xD;
been studying and developing measures to resolve these problems and is increasingly becoming&#xD;
a participatory management with regard to sustainability.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Título: Clima Organizacional: um estudo de caso realizado em uma clínica médica na cidade de Codó-Ma
Abstact: This article aims to analyze the organizational climate of a medical clinic, located in the&#xD;
city of Codó-MA. In the current context, both for organizations and for people&#xD;
management, it has become essential to identify the organizational climate. For this&#xD;
purpose, the evaluation analysis model was adopted related to commitment to the&#xD;
company, internal communication, team spirit, relationship with work, pride in&#xD;
belonging to the company, direction, leadership, remuneration, benefits and&#xD;
recognition, installation and equipment, training and development, and company&#xD;
commitments. The research is characterized as a case study, of a descriptive nature,&#xD;
whose approach used is quantitative with the application of closed questionnaires,&#xD;
based on the Likert scale. The target audience for the research was made up of 19&#xD;
company employees. The acquired data were tabulated and described in graph form&#xD;
with their respective percentage. The results obtained show that the clinic under study&#xD;
has a satisfactory organizational climate for the most part, presenting some&#xD;
deficiencies in certain points explored in the research.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Título: Soft Skills e Hard Skills no Curso de Administração no Campus da UEMA de Codó
Abstact: Soft and Hard Skills have been impacting the corporate environment, with their&#xD;
increasingly accentuated demands and competitiveness in the search for the best&#xD;
job and professional. Hence the importance and concern for study centers to focus&#xD;
their attention on training their students and teachers. Because well-prepared&#xD;
students are more exposed to the job market. This article aims to present the skills&#xD;
and competencies of the future administrator, highlighting their Soft and Hard Skills,&#xD;
acquired during the course and applying them in the future in the job market. This&#xD;
is an exploratory and qualitative research, with a Survey method, obtained from an&#xD;
online questionnaire, with teaching participants from the State University of&#xD;
Maranhão - Campus Codó. The results indicate that participants have certain&#xD;
understandings about soft and hard skills. Ascertained, the relevance of university&#xD;
centers in the training of teachers, students and Soft and Hard Skills in the&#xD;
professional world, as well as the impact that these social skills have on the&#xD;
competitive job market for individuals. The areas in which administrators can work&#xD;
are vast, hence the need for university centers to be open to training future&#xD;
administrators. The future administrator must have good training, basic skills and&#xD;
abilities are essential.</summary>
