Abstact: Currently, the world is inserted in a phase of great technological developments, mainly
provided by the emergence of the Internet, and this exerts a strong influence on
communication. The virtual environment is flexible and dynamic and this is reflected in
writing, which causes a number of concerns and challenges in relation to the teaching
of the traditional Portuguese tongue. Therefore, the present study aimed to discuss the
importance of digital textual genres in portuguese language teaching, taking into
account the current social scenario being strongly influenced by digital technologies.
The methodology used was the bibliographic research, being descriptive with a
qualitative approach. Books, scientific articles, theses and dissertations available on
the Internet were used in databases such as CAPES Journal (Coordination for the
Improvement of Higher Education Personnel), SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library
Online) and Google Scholar. The theoretical foundation of this work consists of the
contributions of authors such as Bakhtin (2006), Marcuschi (2012), Lévy (2005), Rojo
(2012), Travaglia (2007), among others. Thus, through this study it was possible to
understand that textual genres are changeable and adapt to the scenario in which they
are inserted. Within the virtual context, several types of digital genres were emerging
that brought a great contribution to the teaching of the Portuguese language, because

Abstact: Cordel literature, conceived in a popular Northeastern cradle, manages to enter, over
time, renowned spaces in Brazilian society, sometimes through references to
technological innovations, sometimes through the use of cyberspace for the
production and dissemination of this poetry . From this transformation process, the
present research sought to study the production of old and current twine, given the
reality that it disappears from the brochure and enters digital media, using as its main
corpus one of the exponents of popular northeastern culture, the contemporary poet
Bráulio Bessa in some of his productions aired in this space, with the aim of
observing the notorious changes in the genre, taking into account the influence of
technologies and media society. An initial analysis was carried out on the access of
individuals to the aforementioned genre, in addition to the performance situation of
Bráulio Bessa as a poet and singer. The justification for this monograph is based on
changes in society, as well as technological advances, they have always been
accompanied by leaflets, with the poet having the role of informing and representing
the population, keeping well informed and making use of the various forms of
propagation of the his poetic art. As a methodology to carry out this monograph,
bibliographical research was used, resulting in the studies by Assis as the main
theoretical support; Tenorium; Callegaro, (2012), Bessa (2018), Haurélio (2016), and
Nascimento; Santos (2015). The research highlights the origin of the northeastern
cordelist, along with the poetic characteristics of cordel literature and its trajectory, as
well as the relationship between cordel and media, the factors that influenced the
formation of cordelist Bráulio Bessa, his productions in social networks and in TV,
highlighting the changes observed in the genre in general and specifically in its art.
Such transformations are consequences of how the elements of social practice were
articulated, internalized at the given moment, giving the use of different supports and
products of the present time. Cordel literature, although it makes use of new
resources, still continues to value popular culture, without changes in what was
already fixed, such as metrics. Current literary productions show the specifics of their

Abstact: The present work develops a reading of "Father against mother", highlighting the
social representation of black people in Brazilian literature on Machado's vision.
First, we will seek, through an analysis, more meaningful and attentive, to awaken
the criticism of the reader to the way black people are represented in Brazil and
their participation in the literature, in the context the relation to the treatment of
both the author and the society of that period stands out, with regard to blacks, the
object of our analysis, we will abort the cold, cruel and inhumane way in which
blacks were treated by society in the late 19th century. The narrative allows the
reader to perceive one of the most grotesque ways of maintaining power over the
other, through the oppression and customs of the society of the time, shown by the
author, who surprises us by revealing that he is a student of the soul and human
behavior, this is very visible in the characters' attitudes bordering on extreme
situations. Although the story was written in the 19th century, reading it makes us
rethink about its current theme, since black people today still struggle for a more
significant representation of themselves and their culture, within a still exclusionary

Abstact: When reading a book, newspaper or magazine, it is not uncommon to come across a
word that we do not know the meaning of, some of them seem to be foreign words or
expressions, others are in fact, but they seem to be contextualized in Portuguese.
When this happens, we may simply not know this word and by searching and finding
its definition, we increase our own knowledge, however we may also be faced with
three different linguistic phenomena: neologism (appearance of a new word in the
language or its reuse according to the rules of the Portuguese linguistic system),
linguistic borrowing (use of a word of origin in another language with adaptations to
the receiving language, in this case Portuguese) or foreignism (use of a word of
origin in another language in its original form in Portuguese), even This classification
does not mean an absolute separation since the three are phenomena of innovation
and lexical creation encompassed all in neology, meaning only phases or stages of
the neological process. New words, words and expressions are becoming part of the
vocabulary of the contemporary Portuguese speaker more and more quickly. This
work aims to describe the occurrence of these phenomena in the Portuguese
language and highlight their role in the transformation of our language and in the
interaction of its speakers. Having as a methodology the consultation of a research
corpus formed by magazines aimed at the female public, since the language as a
dynamic body that easily includes the three in a similar category, we seek to describe
the occurrence of the three phenomena already mentioned, classify them, analyze
their formation process and their incorporation into the Portuguese language. In
addition, we will also carry out a semantic analysis of the words found to infer which
field promotes the greatest number of lexical innovations and, through these data,
glimpse the ethos that these publications intend to give their readers. As a result of
this investigation, we hope to make clear the contribution that the occurrence of new
words, or the acquisition of expressions from other languages, brings to Portuguese.2022-01-01T00:00:00Z
