Atividade continuada de educação física associada à orientação alimentar no Curso de Formação de Oficiais da Polícia Militar do Maranhão

Abstract

The present study aims to formalize if there is a continuous activity of physical education within the scope of the Official Training Course (CFO). Taking into account the feasibility of food orientation and physical activity within the menu, so that future members, after graduating, get a good study and knowledge of the subject. The data presented in this study indicate the levels of interaction between the course and its fundamentals of Physical Education. The research had as form of interpellation of the content, the students themselves from within the APMGD, citing and presenting answers and graphs on the opinions of the respective cadets. Thus, it can be affirmed that the necessary analysis was obtained within the observed estimates. It is concluded that the students, cadets, in the process of formation could go through more respective teachings and directed to physical education, food orientation, physical fitness and physical conditioning
