Efetivo policial militar mínimo na área da 1 CIA do 6º BPM: uma proposta de implantação sobre a óptica do sistema norte-americano e por tipo de policiamento

Abstract

This undergraduate thesis is centered on the Minimum Military Police Personnel in the Area of the 1st Company of the 6th Military Police Battalion: a proposal of implantation on the optics of the North American system and by type of Policing with the purpose of establishing a system of fixation of adequate military police personnel to the reality of the PMMA in the scope of the 1st Company of the 6th Military Police Battalion, as well as to specify a minimum personnel consistent with the demand of the region studied (1st Company, São Bernardo), using for it the more recurrent criminological factors in the circumscription area, such as the absolute population of the area comprised by the company. Thus, within the theoretical support analysis, it comes to propose a minimum personnel within one of the models studied throughout the research and that could meet the demand of the subunit, the aspirations of the local population, in addition to establish an applicable technical framework and coherent with the Company's reality. The research is based on a documental and bibliographic study of qualitative and quantitative type, thus, a comparison was made between the personnel fixation systems. Finally, the fixation calculation of the military police personnel that was reached with the undergraduate thesis is new in the scope of the corporation, is to bring up a new discussion on a topic that still few explored, ratifying the real importance of having a managerial technical environment to serve as a parameter to the Military Police Units throughout the whole State, which in that sense, experimentally and incipient, was applied at the level of Battalion company.
