A influência da inteligência artificial na decisão de compra: uma revisão teórica sobre transformações no comportamento do consumidor

Título: A influência da inteligência artificial na decisão de compra: uma revisão teórica sobre transformações no comportamento do consumidor
Abstact: Artificial intelligence has become increasingly present in digital retail, influencing how
consumers search for, compare, and purchase products. This study aims to analyze
the influence of artificial intelligence on consumers’ purchase decisions in the digital
environment. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic review was conducted, with a
qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory approach, based on books, scientific artices, legislation, and academic publications on artificial intelligence, consumer behavior,
personalization, privacy, and data protection. The analysis showed that AI acts
throughout the purchase journey through personalized recommendations, targeted
advertisements, search filters, automated service, and the organization of information
presented to consumers. These resources can make the shopping experience faster
and more aligned with users’ interests, but they also raise questions about
transparency, personal data use, autonomy, and trust. The results indicate that AI does
not replace consumers’ decisions, but influences the conditions under which these
decisions are formed by selecting stimuli, anticipating interests, and highlighting certain
alternatives.

Título: Competências essenciais para um gestor eficaz: um estudo sobre os impactos no desempenho organizacional
Abstact: This study aims to examine the key competencies required for effective management
and to understand how these skills influence organizational sales performance. In an
increasingly competitive and fast-changing business environment, the role of
managers has expanded beyond operational tasks, demanding strategic thinking and
strong interpersonal abilities. The article adopted a qualitative approach based on a literature review of relevant authors in the field of management. The results indicate
that competencies such as leadership, efficient communication, emotional intelligence,
decision-making ability, a more critical perspective within the workplace, and a resultsoriented
mindset directly impact the performance of sales teams, contributing to better
organizational outcomes. Thus, it was observed that there are necessary
competencies a manager must develop to face the challenges of the modern world—
specifically, identifying the negative impacts of poor management through an analysis
of selected authors, addressing perspectives from studies that yielded fruitful
management results, and outlining ways to ensure effective management.

Título: Impactos da má gestão de estoques em pequenas empresas comerciais na cidade de Trizidela do Vale – MA
Abstact: Inventory management is an essential pillar to ensure the sustainability and financial
liquidity of micro and small enterprises. This study aims to analyze the financial and
operational impacts resulting from poor inventory management in Small Commercial Companies (PECs) located in the municipality of Trizidela do Vale - MA.
Methodologically, the research is characterized as an applied study, with a
quantitative-qualitative approach and descriptive objectives, conducted through field
research. For primary data collection, a structured questionnaire was applied via
Google Forms to a sample of 10 managers and employees of the local retail sector.
The results reveal a scenario of sharp managerial vulnerability, marked by empiricism
and operational obsolescence, where 50% of the companies rely exclusively on
manual controls and 60% make purchases without any scientific method of forecasting
demand. A critical logistical paradox of stockouts (60%) concomitant with the
accumulation of idle merchandise (80%) was found, culminating in tangible financial
losses for 60% of the surveyed establishments. It is concluded that the lack of
professionalization and the underutilized use of automation technologies drain regional
competitive capacity, making technical training of local teams emergent.

Título: Empreendedorismo feminino como instrumento de autonomia financeira entre revendedoras de cosméticos em Trizidela do Vale – MA
Abstact: This article aims to analyze how women entrepreneurs operate in the direct sales
sector of the cosmetics industry in the municipality of Trizidela do Vale - MA, and how
this model contributes to income generation, strengthening their independence and
financial autonomy. In the direct sales sector of cosmetics, female entrepr -
maeneurship stands out for allowing low initial investment, flexible hours, and potential
for financial growth. Methodologically, a quantitative-qualitative field research was
conducted, through which data from a questionnaire applied to 17 local resellers were
collected and analyzed. The theoretical framework is based on authors who discuss
financial autonomy, empowerment, and sales strategies. Given the inequalities and
limitations of access to the formal labor market, this activity emerges as a viable
alternative for women's autonomy, enabling greater freedom in personal, family, and
social decisions, as well as seeking improvements in quality of life and local economic
development. The results indicate that the activity contributes significantly to the
development of new skills, such as leadership, decision-making, and digital literacy. It
is concluded that female entrepreneurship in Trizidela do Vale - MA transcends mere
income supplementation; it is consolidated as an important instrument of social
transformation and emancipation, operating as a real mechanism of self-determination
and subjective and material empowerment for women, despite the challenges imposed
by informality and the overload of the double shift.
