Gestão estratégica e desenvolvimento socioeconômico: o papel das cooperativas no Maranhão

Título: Gestão estratégica e desenvolvimento socioeconômico: o papel das cooperativas no Maranhão
Abstact: This study analyzes the relationship between strategic management and socioeconomic
development based on the role of cooperatives in the state of Maranhão. The methodology
adopted was a qualitative approach, supported by a bibliographic and documentary review. The study articulates the historical and legal foundations of cooperativism, concepts of
strategic management (planning, SWOT analysis, organizational culture, and participatory
governance), and recent sectoral data. The results indicate that the consistent adoption of
strategic practices enhances the organizational efficiency of cooperatives and transforms
economic performance into territorial impacts, such as job and income generation, productive
inclusion, supply chain organization, and credit democratization, especially in contexts of
structural constraints. The evidence points to a continuous and consolidated expansion of
cooperativism in Maranhão, marked by the growing participation of individuals and the
strengthening of the community base. It is concluded that strategic management has become
a central condition for the sustainability of cooperatives and for the consolidation of
cooperativism as a structural driver of socioeconomic development in the state of Maranhão.

O papel da agricultura familiar no desenvolvimento sustentável do setor agropecuário de Barra do Corda-MA

Título: O papel da agricultura familiar no desenvolvimento sustentável do setor agropecuário de Barra do Corda-MA
Abstact: Family farming represents one of the pillars of sustainable rural development in
Brazil, significantly contributing to the production of basic foods, job creation, and
biodiversity preservation. In the context of the Northeast region and specifically the
municipality of Barra do Corda-MA, this form of production plays an essential role in
the local economy and the maintenance of cultural traditions, despite structural
challenges such as limited access to credit, technical assistance, and infrastructure.
This study aimed to analyze the role of family farming in the sustainable development
of the agricultural sector in Barra do Corda-MA, focusing on public policies and
municipal management actions. A qualitative and descriptive methodology was
employed, combining bibliographic review of scientific databases and documentary
research through a questionnaire applied to the Municipal Secretariat of Agriculture
and Fisheries (SAPES). Content analysis allowed the identification of thematic
categories such as public policies, sustainability, social inclusion, and structural
challenges. The results indicate the presence of 381 families registered in the
National Family Farming Registry (CAF), with production mainly aimed at
subsistence, although important advances have been made, such as the Family
Farming Fair and specific programs for training, credit access, and female
empowerment. It is concluded that family farming in Barra do Corda-MA is
fundamental for sustainable rural development, with public policies that, while
promising, still require greater scope and continuity. Investments in infrastructure,
training, digital inclusion, and youth appreciation are essential to overcome the
identified challenges. This research contributes to the academic and social debate,
highlighting the importance of integrated and inclusive policies that promote the
economic, social, and environmental sustainability of family farming in the
municipality.

A formação do leitor crítico no Ensino Fundamental II: uma intervenção pedagógica com a obra O Pequeno Príncipe

Título: A formação do leitor crítico no Ensino Fundamental II: uma intervenção pedagógica com a obra O Pequeno Príncipe
Abstact: This study investigates how literary reading can contribute to the formation of critical
readers in the final years of Elementary School, based on a pedagogical intervention
carried out with the work The Little Prince, by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, in a public
school. The research is grounded on the observation that many students face reading
difficulties, low motivation, and limited comprehension of literary texts. The study is
characterized as a qualitative research of the pedagogical intervention type, developed
with a 9th-grade class, involving classroom observation, application of a diagnostic
questionnaire, shared reading of selected chapters of the work, and the production of
reflective texts in the letter genre. Data analysis revealed that, despite initial
weaknesses related to reading habits, students showed progress in participation,
symbolic interpretation of the literary text, and the expression of critical and personal
reflections. It is concluded that literature, when mediated in a dialogical and meaningful
way, constitutes a fundamental instrument for the development of reading competence
and for the human formation of students.

Título: Bullyng no ambiente escolar: proposta de intervenção pedagógica no ensino fundamental Unidade Integrada Isaltina Pereira Araujo
Abstact: Bullying is understood as a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that compromises the safety, well-being, and overall development of students in the school context. This Graduation Thesis was characterized as a pedagogical intervention project, whose general objective was to propose educational strategies aimed at preventing and addressing bullying in a municipal school. As specific objectives, it sought to expand the school community's understanding of the phenomenon, promote formative moments that enabled students to recognize bullying situations, foster the development of empathy and socio-emotional skills, as well as contribute to the creation of intervention and support protocols. The intervention was carried out with three Elementary School classes - 5th grade A, 5th grade B, and 6th grade A - totaling 66 students, through a dialogued presentation, screening of educational videos, and a dynamic activity called "Little Box of Venting," which allowed the expression of experiences and feelings in a safe listening space. The results showed a high incidence of situations related to bullying, as 34 students reported having been victims, 5 identified themselves as bystanders, and 2 as aggressors, whose accounts revealed significant impacts on academic and emotional development, such as social isolation, decreased academic performance, and reports of intense suffering. The theoretical foundation was based on authors such as Fante, Freire, and Vygotsky, as well as on Law No. 13,185/2015, which establishes the Program to Combat Systematic Bullying. It was concluded that tackling bullying requires continuous, collective, and systemic pedagogical actions, grounded in socio-emotional education, the creation of safe listening channels, and the shared responsibility of the entire school community
