Título: O impacto do teletrabalho no desempenho dos funcionários durante a pandemia : uma revisão sistemática da literatura Abstact: The study addresses the issue of the impact of teleworking on the physical and mental performance of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a systematic literature review as a method, using the Prisma flowchart model for selection and analysis available in the Scopus and Web of Science, Oasisbr and Scielo databases. 42 articles in English, Portuguese and Spanish were analyzed over a four-year period. The aim was to understand the physical and mental implications of teleworking during the pandemic. The results showed that although teleworking allowed the continuity of activities during the pandemic, it brought with it significant challenges, such as increased work overload, conflicts between professional and personal life, and the mental health of these individuals. Therefore, the study highlights the need for effective management and strategies capable of mitigating these effects, due to teleworking becoming a predominant practice.

Título: Gestão da qualidade: um estudo de caso em uma empresa da construção civil, em Teresina-PI Abstact: Faced with the competitiveness inherent in civil construction, construction companies are increasingly committed to maintaining product quality, as well as in other branches, they ended up being forced to create alternatives that aim to improve processes and, consequently, maintain and increase performance. The case study analyzed the perception of a construction company located in Teresina Piauí and demonstrated the importance of having a quality certification and the benefits that it will bring. General objective of the research, it was intended to analyze the perception of a civil construction company located in Teresina Piauí and to demonstrate the importance of having a quality certification and the benefits that it will bring. As specific objectives: Define concepts, tools, application, Total Quality practices, and certification; Check practices proposed by the certificate within the researched company. The researched company was able to show that it needs to improve in some aspects so that it becomes better at what it proposes to do, actions such as the educational investment of the collaborator, the development of practices of dialogue between leader, manager and collaborators, having strategic planning, work in team, monitor technological modernization and preserve worker safety are requirements that need to be developed

Título: A informação pública municipal através das redes sociais Abstact: Social media has evolved and has become the largest information search engine today. The present study starts from the question: How is citizen involvement in the use of social networks to obtain municipal public information? The general objective is to examine citizen perceptions about the use of social media in the municipal sphere to disseminate information. Specifically, to analyze how a municipal agency uses the social media platform Instagram to promote openness about its activities. The methodology used was a quantitative survey using a questionnaire administered via the Google Forms platform, guided by the Good Practices Guide for Social Media Operations, to be answered using a 5-point Likert scale, assessing frequency and satisfaction levels. The results obtained highlight the limitations of the municipalities evaluated in relation to the use of Instagram. As a suggestion, it is important to monitor the government-citizen relationship through the networks in the cities evaluated, seeking a way of functioning that promotes a positive evaluation by the population.
